I went to college with the kid who wrote this tweet. We sat next to each other in an entertainment marketing class. One day our professor was passing along a flyer that was advertising a play about Anne Frank.
Then, in all seriousness, he leaned over to me and asked,

Bulgarian Jack Daniel's fans do the darndest.
A big part of my job is to scope out how big brands run their social media pages. I assess the competition, pull fan insights, and take LOTS of screenshots of things that I feel best represent the overall mood/tone of a brand.
This came up while looking through Jack Daniel’s Facebook page.
A fan took time out of their hectic Romanian day, to photoshop people hair on a cat.

Christmas trees are basically prostitutes

Both are shilled on street corners by shady guys named “Vince”
Usually overpriced
You have to clean them up before you can stand to look at them
Once you are done with them, they end up either discarded back onto a street corner or crammed into a box and hidden in your attic
